An advertisement is more important just as important as the digipak if not more because it is a chance for the artist to get more information to the audience such as tour dates or website information, this is another way for the artist to connect with their audience and then they will be able to sell more albums and make more money for themselves and there labels.

Advertisements are important because it is a quicker and cheaper way of getting the artist out there to a much wider audience, this is important because even if the audience dint like the music they will know who the artist is and what she looks like and because of this they will know who she is when she comes out with a really good album.
