You can see above the music video of a previous students work that i edited myself last lesson using the skills that we picked up last year, all i did with this short extract of the music video is put the music in time with the images on the screen, this is the most important part of any music video because if the images are even a second out of sync then it will ruin the whole thing and just make it look really un professional, when ever you see something that is out of sync it is almost impossible to watch it all the way through and that is not the best way to sell albums.
I am happy with the way that it turned out in the end because editing has never really been my strong point, i did have some trouble at the start of this task because i didnt know how to cut up the shots and rearrange them into the perfect order. The final product looked really good i think if i can take anything away from this then i will take more time in our music video on putting the shots in time with the music because on the one above i think it was a nano second of the beat, but overall i am happy with it.
